Cooperation, in practice.

The Marcel Hicter Foundation is not just a training provider: it initiates, tests and supports projects that explore new ways of cooperating in the cultural field.

Whether local or European, these projects embody our values through concrete actions: skills sharing, pedagogical innovation, and openness to diverse practices.

CCProM

CCProM (Cultural Cooperation Project Management training)

is a European project aimed at strengthening the skills of cultural professionals in managing cooperation projects.

Led by a consortium including the Marcel Hicter Foundation, University of Barcelona, Goten Publishing and the Villa Decius Institute for Culture, it develops and tests training modules designed for both in-person and online learning.

The goal: empower a new generation of cultural managers to shape fair, sustainable and inclusive societies.

The project will culminate in a final conference in Krakow in February 2025.
