It gathers 1500 networks, institutions, organizations, foundations and professionals of more than 100 countries engaged and interested by the cultural development, cultural politics and co-operation, cultural management and education. It publishes Culturelink 4 times a year and one of them is a special issue.
ERIcarts (European Research Institute for Comparative Cultural Policy and the Arts)
aims to establish an independent international research institute on cultural politics, medias development, cultural education and the status of a variety of sectors and artistic professions relatives to medias. It also updates the compendium on cultural politics in Europe available on http://www.culturalpolicies.net.
