The Association organizes since 2003 various training courses on European policies and cultural programs for local cultural operators.

The goals of these programs are :

• to understand the role of the European Union concerning culture, to identify cross-border cultural policies, and to support participation to cultural co-operation projects ;
• to conceive and manage bilateral or multilateral projects in the framework of European Union programs;
• to foster the capacity of cultural operators to set up European projects; to strengthen the place of culture in European programs.
